I love the comfort of the pump and the fact it’s completely hands-free. I’m always busy and on the go and this pump has been a lifesaver! Highly recommend to all nursing mamas!
Erin Booth –
For an affordable alternative these work great , easy to take on the go, a little bulky to wear and not the quietest but I really likes these for the price point
Jeana Turner –
As an exclusively pumping new mama to nicu babies a good pump was on my list of must haves for my twins! I’ve gone through a lot of different pumps and the S12 is by far the best pump I’ve ever used, no complaints what so ever! Easy to use, easy to clean an doesn’t leak like most other pumps with movement- it’s pretty quiet and you can take it anywhere with you on the go, just make sure you charge the motors! 10/10 recommend, just get the pump!
Meghal –
Worked so well.. helps to move around and do some chores while pumping..
Niki Logwood –
This pump is as good as my spectra and lighter than my other wearable. It empties me very well.
Michelle cruise –
My daughter absolutely loves these! Said she could not do without them! Easy to use and clean
ShiAnne Lombard –
Bought one for myself and loved it. Got this one as a gift for a friend that’s about to be a first time mom. Suction is great. Not uncomfortable. Not 100% discreet like some pricey ones. But it does the job. I had to stop mid pump frequently to empty them because it did better than my spectra at times.
Hailee –
This pump makes traveling and work so much easier. It doesn’t make me feel as trapped with pumping and I even find it’s easier to pump more often with how hands free it is.
Cara –
Literally works better than my Madella hand pump. At first based on instructions a little confusing but super easy once you get it and easy to clean
Violett –
The only reason why I give this pump a 4* is because one of the pumps keeps dying faster than the other. I coulf use one of the for a whole day without chargine and one side the battery is done halfway.
It’s cute –
Easy to clean, 2 cords, 2 pumps. I didn’t try another kind so I can’t compare…

I really enjoy using this pump so much. I got a Medela Pump through my insurance and the problem I had was having to sit and pump occupying my hands with it. This Momcozy pump has made my life 10x better. As a first time mom dealing with anxiety, having my hands free while pumping and getting things done has helped my mental so much. It’s the little things that has helped me get through the days. This pump is super easy to use, easy to charge (I charge it once a day), and easy to clean. I would recommend to any mom looking for a new hands free pump or pump in general.

I love these pumps! I don’t think I could have made it to almost 10 months of breastfeeding now without these hands free pumps. They are comfortable, have great suction power, affordable, and great for the workplace. My sister purchased the Elvie pumps and I’ve tried them to compare to these. These Momcozy’s have the same suction power, storage capacity, and are only a tiny bit “louder” than the Elvie. In my honest opinion the difference in the noise is NOT worth the price difference between these and the Elvie. The charge on mine lasts for about 3 pumps but they charge fast.
Ashley –
This is tbh a really good pump while running errands or anything & you need to pump whole on the go!! Several suction modes & it’s pretty comfortable to wear !!! Battery life lasts a good minute & they’re easy to wash and use as well !!! Highly recommended!!!
Miguel Amaya –
This worked just fine but hard to find a good setting that will help empty me sometimes it worked sometimes didn’t but when did I had a good result from the pump session.
Alyssa Atkinson –
I’ve used higher end hands free pumps and they did not suction well enough for me and played a part in my breastfeeding journey ending the first time due to my supply decreasing. These pumps having been so convenient to use to keep my supply up and store a freezer stash. They’re not incredibly discreet but they work well enough that it’s worth using them as best it suits you even in public.
Elizabeth Crout –
Love these for convenience. I do have to run them twice (40 minutes total) to get close to the same amount as my spectra. They definitely aren’t quiet, but not too loud.
Chelsea Miesen –
This pump pulls more milk, with the ability to pump anywhere! Today I pumped while driving! My only struggle is getting my nipple lined up while trying to hide in my shirt (easier if your not hiding). But it pulled 4 oz in 4 mins my first use. Used four times now and still has a decent charge to it.

I was skeptical about this pump because it’s so much cheaper than other hands-free/wireless pumps, and some of the reviews weren’t great, but I’m so glad that I bought it. I’ve consistently pumped about 2.5-3oz out of each side, which is what I was getting with my Medela pump. The convenience of being able to multitask is a game changer for me. I’m no longer stuck in place waiting for a pumping session to finish. I highly recommend this for busy mommas!
Tiffany Scott –
I bought this recently and had been skeptical on wearable pumps on it it would have the same out put as my spectra. I’m in love ! Literally the best purchase. It’s not uncomfortable, the suction is strong and the out put is great. Also only a few pieces and very easy to clean. The charge has been good so far as well. Only thing I wish is the timer stayed on so I dont have to press a button to see how long I’ve been pumping.
Brittney Jacobson –
I give them four stars only because the plastic piece that connects to the pump broke on both pumps. I LOVE this pump though. The set it and forget it (auto shut off after 30-mins), pumps milk well. I have gotten 7 oz total at most (I’m not an over producer) which is what I would get with a spectra. Even though the plastic broke on both pumps they still pump strong and are fully functional. Would recommend! I do hope momcozy redesigns the pump due to the plastic breaking , other than that I would buy them again. Much cheaper and functional!

Works well when you’re on the go. I dont get as much of an output as i do with my wall pump but i like that i can walk around and do stuff while pumping. Battery lasts about 3 sessions before needing to be charged again. 3 modes. 9 suction levels. Fits well in my bra but the battery is a bit bulky.

Love love love love love my mom cozy S12 pros so amazing!
Sierra Rediger –
I both nurse and pump and these are perfect! I use them often and they always do well. I feel they really empty me out. They aren’t very quick to clean that’s why I bumped off a star.
DHDWE –
I got the Spectra pump through my insurance and had been looking/researching wearable pumps for weeks before I pulled the trigger. I am a mom of 3 now and simply didn’t have time to sit idle with the Spectra. I am happy to report that this pump has been a HUGE lifesaver. I use it more than my spectra and feel it does a great job emptying. I nurse on one side and pump on the other. I even wear this pump while multitasking around the house. When I go back to work I will likely use it on my drive to/from work. The pieces are easy to clean, easy to assemble and milk is easily poured out. I can’t say enough great things about this pump. It’s allowed me to get my freezer supply up. There are 9 “suction” settings, it’s so strong I haven’t been able to go beyond the 3rd level! If you’re a busy mom like me and are considering a wearable pump, I wouldn’t hesitate with the Momcozy.
Just no –
Able to move around freely in the house while using with loosely fitting sports bra. The adjustable pump strength is quite nice. Assembly takes some getting used to, but gets easier after a few tries. Would not wear in public as the pump motors would be rather noticeable.
PLeah94 –
I love this pump and personally get more milk when I use it compared to my wall tethered unit. It’s a little big/loud and can’t be used descretly when out and about. But I’m still very pleased with it
Kela Draughn –
I already had the s12 that I was given at my baby shower. I bought these (with hsa) and I get double the output! I love the extra level of suction makes them feel so much more secure
Lizabeth Smith –
This is my second time breastfeeding – I always struggled with my corded Medela pump with my first baby and this time as well. A coworker suggested the Momcozy pump and I am over the moon. Not only am I no longer restricted by cords, but my first time using it I was able to get 8 oz of milk versus 3 oz from my corded pump. The adjustable settings make a world of difference and it is so comfortable to wear. The only downside is how many small parts have to be cleaned, but I don’t even care- that’s a menial price to pay for the comfort and efficacy of this pump.

So when I first started pumping I was using the Spectra S2, which is great in its own way, but not being tied down to wires is an absolute blessing! The Momcozy S12 is so simple and easy to use. I watched a quick tutorial on YouTube and now I’m exclusively using this pump around the house. I charge these about every 5 times I use it so it holds a good charge, and I pump 20 minutes at a time. I’ll be taking this with me when I return to the office as well.
Milana –
I originally had medela but bought this to have something in the go and wireless. Didn’t expect to be so amazing. Love it and couldn’t be without it.
Khurram Rattani –
It’s a good machine but make sure the bra can secure these two pumps when you move around. Good suction, jist gettingbused tobthe pump suction at different intervals versis one air pipe suctioning both at the same time like Medela and Spectra brands.Lots of parts to clean tho…

This is a great product! The only downfall is you cannot see your nipple placement. So make sure you know your flange size before purchasing it or make sure you purchased the flanges that fit correctly. If there was a way to see the placement, it would be perfect.
Brinagirl –
Bought this as a back up pump, for when I’m busy and need to pump on the go, or traveling. It’s a good pump however it doesn’t empty my breast. It stops after 30 mins however I have to run it for at-least 45 mins to get a fraction of what my regular pump gives. The thing that I don’t like and hope that they change in the future models is the let down mode. With this model the pump doesn’t switch from let down mode to pump mode , so if you are distracted you can go a while before realizing that you have to switch mode.
Cinthya Mogrovejo –
I love this product, has a very powerful suction and nice diferent modes. However, I didn’t know that the pump comes with only one measure of nipples and you have to buy an extra accessory to fit your nipples. If you don’t buy it then it is harmful on your nipples. Although it is very portable, the motor is a bit big so it is uncomfortable to use both at the same time and try to do other things.
Anastacia –
Love love love this pump. Has great suction, battery life is good, and it gets a lot out. The only problem with these is that they are so loud. If you don’t mind sounding like you are walking with hydraulics that are going to catapult you into space like I did, get these! Worth it all.
Jessica M –
This pump is a must have for busy moms. It has a strong suction (I’ve only gone up to 3) and works just as well as my Spectra. I’ve only had a leak once, and it was the second time I used it. I didn’t realize it wasn’t completed sealed. It needs to click all the way around. I’ve used this while driving, out to lunch, cleaning the house and working on my computer. It did give me blisters the first time I used it So I stopped using it! I was sooo disappointed. BUT my lactation consultant gave me a lubricant to use with the pump and it’s 100% better. I use it 2 times a day with no pain! I love it!
Amanda Stein –
This works great. The only downside is cleaning it you have to take it all apart. I wish the suction was better, but still works good.
Ashley –
I have been using these pumps since for almost 2 months. I exclusively pump due to issues latching. During the initial weeks, I pumped every couple hours to increase my milk supply. Now I go 4-6 hours between pumps. The batteries, when fully charged, used to last about 24 hours. Now I have to charge them 2-3 times a day, despite actively using them less. Otherwise, they work great, almost as well as my hospital grade pump at expressing milk. The ease of wearing them around has saved me time and kept me pumping because being tethered to a machine multiple times a day was not realistic for me. They hold plenty of milk. I ordered flange inserts according to the recommendation and they no longer hurt my nipples. I ordered a second full set of collection cups to make cleaning/using them throughout the day easier. Overall, would recommend.
Tori –
I was scared to try this pump out because I read that the suction wasn’t as good a the wall pumps but I didn’t have any issues. I actually had more out put from the s12 than I did with my wall pump. I also travel for my job so it makes it super convenient that I am not tied to the wall.I used the pump for a few months and one of the motors did not suction correctly. I sent a video of my issue and recieved anew single pump in a few days. Really good customer service
doyle –
It is a great product. Very easy to wear and move around. But it is hard to wash and assemble.
Yvette –
I absolutely love these pumps when I’m on the go. I initially bought the Momcozy s9 and the battery life was absolute trash so I returned those and got these. I can get 3-4 pump sessions out of them before needing to charge them again. I just wish you could choose your flange size so you don’t have to spend extra money to get inserts or flanges that actually work for you. Wouldn’t recommend using them as your primary pump but they’re great for pumping while driving or doing chores around the house. Just don’t bend over or you’ll spill milk all over.

I am a mom of 3 kids (ages 11, 2, and a newborn) and always on the go. I was not able to successfully breastfeed my 2 oldest kids due to having inverted nipples and not being able to find the time to pump every 2 hours to build up a supply. Ordered these while I was 39 weeks pregnant in hopes it will help me this time around. If it wasn’t for this pump, I will not have been able to breastfeed again. Even if my baby is not able to latch on, I am able to pump consistently during the day and bottle feed. I am now 6 weeks postpartum and have a freezer full and still going! The cleaning process is easy. It can take some time to adjust to the suction since it can be strong during the first couple of days. The battery life is amazing. I have to charge after every 4 pump and takes about an hour to charge full battery.
